Senior Sales Executive

Ascend Fundraising Solutions is a fast growing software technology company that is a market leader in data driven charitable fundraising solutions, including raffle, lottery and sweepstakes systems. With offices in New York, Toronto and the United Kingdom, we deliver our products to over 450 clients, including some of the most iconic brands across the sports landscape and chatiable and nonprofit sector. Ascend’s flagship product, Ascend.5050 is the market place leader for on-site and online 5050 Raffle technology. Clients include partners across the major professional sports, healthcare foundation and international nonprofit organization verticals.

Role

You will be responsible for the sale of our fundraising solutions across charitable vericals, including healthcare foundations, nonprofit foundations and faith based nonprofit organizations. The position requires a person who can identify opportunities that align with the company’s growth strategy and develop sales plans to bring them to fruition.

The ideal candidate enjoys the startup environment and has a proven track record of selling into the healthcare foundation, nonprofit/charities and faith based organizations verticals.

Expectations and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company’s sales priorities across charitable verticals

  • Develop an expert knowledge of the Ascend suite of fundraising solutions

  • Prospect, qualify and foster opportunities using key industry relationships

  • Present the Ascend value proposition in a compelling fashion both online and through in-person presentation

  • Work with the B2B Marketing Team to develop engaging and informative sales materials and best-in class customer case studies that will help grow the Division’s sales pipeline

  • Maintain an up to date pipeline, understanding the importance of strong sales forecasting

Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years sales experience, selling fundraising solutions to the C-Suite/Sr. Management

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, targeting high value accounts

  • In-Depth understanding of major national charities and nonprofits active fundraising programs and initiatives

  • Experience working with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
