Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Finding ways to ensure the same issues do not come up again
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
A strong understanding of web related technologies and a passion for automation
Contribute to maintaining and improving our Devops Portal
You are a good fit if you:
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Ask operation team targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Work with the Cloud Architect to automate deployment and build a CICD pipeline
You might have:
4 years of technical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Rest API experience and using tools like Postman is a great asset.
Contributed to a developer community or product documentation.
Ability to work through browser error messages seen on console.
Being a customer champion to represent their voice and concerns to the team.
Helping message and set appropriate expectations with the operations team.
